Rebound’s Redmond Physical Therapy clinic is conveniently located at 1315 NE 4th Street near St Charles Redmond Hospital and in the heart of Redmond’s Health Care Community. Our 4th street clinic provides services that are diverse with extensive rehabilitative programs. Our Redmond physical therapy clinic is a Direct Access Provider – meaning that you may not need a physician’s referral in order to come in for an initial evaluation. Originally from Sonora, California, Austin Fleming, PT, DPT received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from California State University — Chico. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of California – Sacramento.
Austin’s internships largely involved working in outpatient orthopedic settings where he treated a large caseload of patients from adolescence to geriatrics with varying orthopedic and neurological injuries and greatly valued the hands-on manual therapy approach to physical therapy.
Austin’s continuing education goals are to pursue advanced biomechanics, running analysis and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) courses, and obtain his Titleist Golf program certification. He is looking forward to working alongside Rebound’s exceptional clinicians. In his free time, Austin enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Caylie, and their young son, Jackson.
David George, MA, LA-C, C.SMA
Redmond and Prineville Clinics
David combined his entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healing in 2004 when he opened his own private practice, Life-Sport Wellness & Acupuncture in the Inland Empire. David successfully ran his private practice for 11 years, earning his Certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture along the way.
Most recently, David George worked as a sports medicine acupuncturist for Savas Health in Rancho Mirage, CA. Finally ready for a change in scenery, David came to Central Oregon to join Rebound Physical Therapy. He will be treating in Redmond and Prineville, offering a much needed service in both of those areas.
David continues to educate himself on a variety of healing methods. In 2022 he became a certified Qigong Instructor. Qigong, similar to tai chi, involves using exercises to optimize the balancing if energy between body, mind and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, David enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking trail running and golf; as well as practicing Qigong!
Evan Ameluxen-Coleman, PT, DPT, CSCS, Cert. MDT is a Pacific Northwest Native who grew up on Whidbey Island, Washington. He played collegiate soccer at Pacific Lutheran University where he graduated from with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Evan then received his doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Michigan-Flint.
As Evan is passionate about orthopedics, fitness, strength and conditioning; he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He places much emphasis on consistently attending multiple continuing education courses to further his knowledge and skills as a clinician. Evan recently earned his certification in the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie Institute.
In his free time, Evan enjoys bicycling, hiking, soccer, and downhill and cross-country skiing.

Laura received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, continuing on to a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Upon graduation, Laura moved to Portland where she worked as a physical therapist for several outpatient orthopedic clinics.
Laura went on to pursue advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy; she is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art. Laura has also completed coursework in visceral mobilization, vestibular rehabilitation, neuropathic pain treatment, and TMJ dysfunction. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular interest in chronic pain and multiple areas of pain that have not responded well to traditional treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys Central Oregon’s sunshine and beautiful scenery; it is the perfect environment for her favorite activities of camping, golfing, horseback riding, and training for triathlons.
Lydia Pane, PT, DPT

Lydia Pane, PT, DPT is originally from Longmont, Colorado where she grew up playing competitive soccer. She went on to graduate with honors from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. After a year of teaching math at the Denver School of Innovation and Sustainable Design, Lydia realized her drive to help others needed to be combined with her passion for an active lifestyle.
She became interested in Physical Therapy because she loved the idea of helping people realize their full potential. Lydia returned to school to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR. Upon graduation Pane spent several years working as a traveling physical therapist throughout Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. She has experience in outpatient orthopedic, outpatient neurology, and skilled nursing settings of physical therapy, as well as professional teaching experience working with a diverse population of students.
Lydia is excited to root herself with Rebound Physical Therapy in Central Oregon where she can enjoy her favorite outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, backpacking, skiing etc., When not in clinic or exploring the great outdoors, Lydia also loves making art.
Nicolette Sapigao, PT, DPT, CCI, STMT-1 is a native of Walla Walla, Washington. She obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California. Prior to PT school, she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Education, and spent two years in Spain studying the language and doing missionary work. She is a former professional motocross rider, and at one point ranked third in the world among female motocross athletes.
Her professional experience in motorcycle-racing led Nicolette into the field of PT. She has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic PT, and is a certified Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (STMT-1) practitioner. Nicolette is also a credentialed clinical instructor (CCI), she enjoys educating her community on various orthopedic conditions, post-operative care, and balance/fall prevention programs. Nicolette is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about bringing quality care to the Hispanic community of Central Oregon.
Nicolette’s interests outside of work include motorcycling, snowboarding, hiking, bulldogs and health/nutritional studies. She enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their young daughters, Grace and Brielle.
Taylor DeBar, MOTR/L
We are pleased to announce that Taylor DeBar is the newest addition to Rebound’s Hand Therapy Program. Her primary clinic location will be Rebound’s Redmond Clinic.
Originally from Michigan, Taylor graduated from Grand Valley State University with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Taylor first became interested in hand therapy while working throughout graduate school as a Rehabilitation Technician. Upon graduation, Taylor transitioned from a Rehab Tech to a full time Occupational Therapist where she enjoyed working with the upper extremity and assisting her patients return to their daily activities and hobbies. Additionally, she attended continued education courses in kinesiotaping and manual therapy techniques. Taylor also has experience as a Lead Therapist at a pediatric outpatient clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Lead Therapist, she developed policies and procedures, trained staff, and mentored new therapists. It is Taylor’s goal to become a Certified Hand Therapist and gain more advanced training in complex splinting techniques and manual therapy.
Taylor is new to the Northwest and recently got married. When she is not working, she enjoys skiing, bike riding, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and yoga.
Trevor Nannini, PT, DPT, CSCS
Trevor Nannini, PT, DPT, CSCS is a born and raised Oregonian. Growing up in Gresham, sports was a huge part of Trevor’s life. He went on to play five years of collegiate baseball at George Fox University. After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Trevor entered the Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program while also working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) for the George Fox baseball team.
Trevor is excited to continue his physical therapy career in Central Oregon, treating patients at Rebound’s Redmond clinic. He is passionate about helping all patients recover from injury and push beyond their goals. He has a special interest in sports related injuries, anywhere from young athletes to weekend warriors. Trevor’s continuing education goals are to earn his Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certifications.
Joining Trevor on his move to Central Oregon is his fiancé, Breanna. They are excited to raise their daughter immersed in all the outdoor recreation our wonderful community has to offer. When not in clinic, Trevor can be found exploring Central Oregon with his family, attempting to break 80 on the golf course or trying a new brewery.
